Shipping Rates
Most of my items have free shipping worldwide. Some items, however, do have shipping rates calculated automatically during checkout. The items which cannot be shipped for free are those which are bigger and require more packaging and therefore cost a little more to ship.
Handling Time
Every effort is made to package and ship out orders within 3 business days. However, this is not always possible. If your order is time sensitive, please Contact Me to ensure the current handling times can meet your needs.
Carrier
All items are shipped via Canada Post.
Fees for destinations outside Canada
You will be responsible for any taxes, duties, or import fees. Any country outside Canada may be subject to import fees. This is typically charged upon delivery by the carrier.
Local pickup/delivery
Quesnel BC residents can receive free local delivery. Use coupon code QUESNELFREEDELIVERY during checkout if you need to waive the calculated shipping fees. If all of your items already have free shipping, you don't need to use the code.
Returns
You can return anything you don't like, no questions asked. The customer is responsible for return postage.
